Warranty at V4 Hand Crafting
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions only.

Mistreatment off products may result in breakage. The product will be non-refundable and non enchantable.
Our Return Policy
The Small Print
Personalized gifts will be signed off on design and then before delivery final inspection and quality control will be signed off. Non-refundable policy on personalized gifts. All orders will require an 60% non-refundable deposit.

All premanufactured products were quality checked before sale. If dissatisfied an alternative product will be offered. Non refundable policy will be taken case by case final decision will be made by the manufacturer.

Delivery fees will be charged on all returns.
